Introduction

Our review process for submissions occurs quarterly. The schedule is listed below. Also, disbursements are made only four times each year.

Submission Deadline Dates

Cycle1: Submission Deadline: March 17, 2010

Cycle 2: Submission Deadline: June 16, 2010

Cycle 3: Submission Deadline: Sept. 15, 2010

Cycle 4: Submission Deadline: Dec. 15, 2010

Due to the enormous number of proposals we receive, we are unable to provide a status report. You will be contacted if additional information is needed and will be notified in writing of our final decision, whether the proposal was accepted or declined. If you receive a letter of declination for your proposal that will be the end of the process. Now, if you have received an acceptance letter of your proposal, then you should receive your check within 90 days of the proposal’s approval date. Please complete this application in its entirety.

Please note, we do not consider requests under $2,500.
