WELCOME TO COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS

The New Approach

Thank you for considering The Hamilton Spectator as a community partner. We have introduced a new process for making a submission to the Community Partnerships process. By completing this on-line questionnaire - which will take approximately 15 minutes - the information we require for initial assessment is gathered and you will not have to create a lengthy proposal. This process has been customized by us to evaluate submissions for our readership and we believe it will streamline applications. There is room for additional comments or information at the end of the questionnaire.

The Hamilton Spectator receives many requests each year for sponsorship, donations and in-kind support. With each request, we carefully assess the particulars of the organization or event and how The Hamilton Spectator can best assist and further mutual goals. 
 
Please complete one questionnaire per event or initiative, and answer all questions, using N/A when necessary. All information will be kept confidential. If you wish, you may print a hard copy of your submission by clicking on Printable Form above right. Do this BEFORE making your final submission. Please do not mail or fax your hard copy - it is designed to be kept for your personal files. As a consideration, please be aware that submissions for partnership should be made at least three months ahead.
 
You will receive an email acknowledgment of receipt of your submission by the end of the next day, and you will receive a reply to your submission within three weeks.
